By ordering from Bullet Edits, you acknowledge that proofreading stands as a subjective undertaking and our personnel are capable of missing errors unintentionally.
Every user of our Website accepts full responsibility for the user of any version of your proofread document for any purpose, including publishing, submitting, printing or whatsoever. This includes (but is not limited to) any brand, financial and/or other consequences of those errors.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

12.7 Purchases/Payments

Before the commencement of any work, a Client must have completed the payment in full. Every completed project shall be returned electronically to the buyer via email. Bullet Edits do not provide hard copies. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the provision of correct contact details to return the project to the right destination.

12.8 Order completion times/delivery times of service

Bullet Edits reserve the right to extend the order turnaround deadline provided the editor believes that the document in question requires more than "average" revamping that could require more time to complete.
Every client acknowledges that on rare occasions an order could be delivered later than scheduled. In such cases, Bullet Edits may offer a partial or full refund. However, Bullet Edits will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the late return date for any order. 

12.9 Refunds

In certain circumstances, full or partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of Bullet Edits. A full refund or partial refund may be given if a reasonable reason for disappointment is provided. Bullet Edits reserve the right to be allowed to correct, address or manage any issues that arise first before consideration for a refund will be made if we deem fit.
